Is your current insurance agent genuine and straightforward, or opportunistic and pushy?
Let me talk about how I sell. I don’t. Really.
What I do is market and network, and reach out to as many people as I can… and from there it’s a numbers game.
You see, I talk to so many people. I don’t need you to buy anything. I need people to give me a chance, and from there, everything takes care of itself.
So when we talk, I’m not fishing. I’m not manipulating the conversation. I’m not pushing you in any direction. There are no hard sales tactics.
I give you options. You either like some of my options, or you don’t. I don’t even know what my closing ratio is anymore, it doesn’t even matter.
I believe in transparency. I make it a point to focus on the bad, and will often point the bad out and zoom in on that INSTEAD of focusing only on the benefits. As a result, customers trust me more, and I keep more policies on the books.
And I do that, over, and over. Every day.
And when you do purchase a policy, we’re as responsive, attentive and helpful as possible. Usually, you can text us and we’ll respond immediately. Our google reviews are littered with customers mentioning how attentive and helpful our customer service is.
That’s it. And I just keep doing it. I just repeat this process. Over. And over.
And I have never needed to sell, and I have grown every single month since opening my agency.
